Technical Introduction: "3D (Three-Dimensional) CAD-CAM"

We can process anything if you have a blueprint!

Our company creates data from three-dimensional product shapes made with 3D CAD, and processes them using 3D CAM and NC routers. By utilizing 3D CAD/CAM, we can now achieve high-precision cutting of shapes that were previously difficult to produce by hand. Additionally, we can mass-produce these shapes in a short amount of time. We design products that require precision while considering the characteristics of wood with high accuracy. 【Features】 ■ High-precision cutting of shapes that were previously difficult to produce ■ Mass production in a short time ■ Ability to create shapes from simple sketches *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Mastercam Introduction Case] J's Factory Co., Ltd.

"One day I will become a car manufacturer." Take that big step with Mastercam and 5-axis machining!

We would like to introduce a case where our 3D-CAD/CAM system was adopted by J's Factory Co., Ltd. Around December 2021, they purchased the optional feature "Multi-Axis" of 'Mastercam' alongside the introduction of a 5-axis machining center. By utilizing this system for 5-axis machining, the time that can be entrusted to the machining equipment has significantly increased, allowing for parallel work with other tasks. Additionally, complex shapes can be processed without the need for setup changes, and the production of jigs that would have been necessary for 3-axis machining has become unnecessary, leading to reductions in cost, labor, and time. [Case Overview] ■ Implementing Company: J's Factory Co., Ltd. ■ Implemented Product: 3D-CAD/CAM System Mastercam, Optional Feature Multi-Axis ■ Effects: Reduction in cost, labor, and time; Capability to process complex shapes; Decrease in setup changes *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Exhibition Participation Information] Announcement of Participation in JIMTOF 2024

3D Solid CAD/CAM System TopSolid'Cam 7

Drilling, 2-axis, 3-axis, simultaneous 4-axis and 5-axis machining, lathes, and composite processing can all be performed within a single system, allowing for the unification of CAM systems that were previously differentiated by machine tools and processing methods. 【Features】 ■ This CAM system comes standard with rich CAD functionalities, making it easy to model products, jigs, and work materials. Tolerance changes can be made freely. ■ Tool paths automatically follow changes in the product model, reducing errors and effort, and enabling a seamless manufacturing process. ■ The system includes a standard feature for simulating the entire machine's operation. This ensures a consistently safe tool path, eliminating the need for personnel to be constantly present at the machine. ■ By unifying the system into one, early mastery of operations is achieved, preventing the system from becoming overly reliant on specific individuals. 【JIMTOF2024 Exhibition Information】 ■ Dates: November 5 (Tuesday) to November 10 (Sunday), 2024 ■ Venue: Tokyo Big Sight ■ Booth: E5015

[Mastercam Implementation Case] Tanaka Sansei Co., Ltd.

Add value to your work! From single items to complete sets, we achieve quick delivery in bulk!

We would like to introduce the case of Tanaka Sansei Co., Ltd., which improved its processing site and successfully increased productivity by implementing "Mastercam." The company did not deal with simple products typically processed by general lathes and milling machines, but rather engaged in complex machining such as molds, which was a key factor in their decision to adopt the software to accommodate various types of processing. As a result, they became capable of 5-axis machining, which broadened their range of work, and processing times were significantly reduced, leading to improvements in productivity and added value in their operations. [Main Effects of Implementation] ■ Reduction in processing man-hours ■ Increase in productivity ■ Standardization of technical levels *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Eliminating concerns about component interference with overall machine interference checks!

Aim for zero waste design with TopSolid! Introducing a case study of efficient manufacturing realized by Fujikikai Co., Ltd.

Our company provides sales, support, and consulting for the "TopSolid 7" series to customers in the manufacturing and construction industries. Thanks to our efforts, over 4,000 customers have adopted the "TopSolid 7" series so far. This time, we would like to introduce a case study where the implementation of the 3D CAD system "TopSolid 7" has significantly improved operational efficiency. Case Study: Fujikikai Co., Ltd. The company is a packaging machinery manufacturer that primarily handles packaging machines for food factories both domestically and internationally, holding a top-class market share in the industry (with over 400 domestic clients). They have implemented 132 licenses of our proposed 3D CAD system "TopSolid 7," achieving centralized data management with the built-in PDM functionality. Additionally, by conducting interference checks on the entire assembly, design errors and losses have been overwhelmingly reduced, resulting in no delays in delivery.
